Kevin Steinacker – Founder, Steinacker Law PLLC
Kevin has practiced law in Washington since 2004, focusing on business, real estate, and probate law. He founded Steinacker Law PLLC in 2011 after years of experience at leading Tacoma law firms.
He assists clients with business formation, trademarks, contracts, real estate transactions, estate administration, and litigation. Kevin has served as a court-appointed neutral administrator for contested estates and as a private mediator to help parties reach compromise agreements.

Kevin has taught at Seattle University School of Law and contributed to the Washington Lawyer’s Practice Manual and the Lexis Nexis Practice Guide: Washington Real Estate Litigation. He has also presented at continuing legal education seminars on probate law and LLCs.

He earned a B.S. in Physics and J.D., magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University, where he was a senior editor of the Law Review. Kevin is admitted to all Washington courts, the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Western District of Washington, and is a registered patent attorney.

Kevin lives in Puyallup with his wife and three sons. He enjoys reading, family time, and studying foreign languages.

Alex focuses on estate planning and probate law. A 2019 graduate of both the University of Washington and Gonzaga University School of Law, Alex brings a strong academic foundation and a deep commitment to helping clients navigate complex legal matters.
